MIG WELDING MACHINE

Multi Function LCD 220V Stainless Steel Synergic Double Pluse Inverter Mig Mag Welding Machine Welder

mig mag pulse welders are a great option if you're looking for fast, reliable welds without a lot of downtime. A pulsed MIG welding gun is also more flexible and intuitive, making it easier for new operators to learn to use. However, you should be sure to purchase a pulsed MIG machine from a reputable manufacturer.

The first thing to know about pulsed MIG welders is that they use fast peak-current pulses to convey filler metal from the anode to the weld puddle. Unlike the conventional method, the anode does not touch the work, so a droplet of melted metal is created with each pulse. This process works well on thin stainless material and can be used by new welders with limited experience.

The next thing to know is the process. Pulsed MIG is a modification of the spray transfer process. During the process, the power source changes from low background current to high peak current. The peak current pinches off a droplet of wire and propels it to the weld joint, while the background current maintains the arc so that metal transfer doesn't occur. Unlike the traditional spray transfer process, pulsed MIG allows the puddle of molten metal to freeze, making it less likely to burn through the weld.
